| Lest you be surprised as I was, note that the top and handle of this carafe are plastic, and not a very substantial plastic either. Now, a plastic carafe made in China, with admittedly fine Chinese basketry can be a good thing, it's not a good thing at this price. Also, I wasn't able to make the lid work - but that may be my problem - not sure... |
